Looking to unwind, de-stress, and explore a new way to connect with yourself? Join our Reflective Art Program, a six-week guided experience designed to help you tap into your emotions, find balance, and discover fresh perspectives.

• Intuitive Painting – Release perfectionism & embrace flow
• Mixed-Media Abstraction – Blend emotional spontaneity & rational structure
• Word & Watercolor Art – Gently unearth personal insights through text & brushstrokes
• Oil Pastels & Expression – Channel feelings into vibrant color and form
• Feel-Good Jar – Capture moments of joy and gratitude for when you need them most
• Freestyle Future-Self Art – Reflect on where you’ve been and envision what’s ahead

🦋 Safe & Supportive Setting

Expect snacks, music, fidget-friendly tools, and a warm environment that welcomes everyone aged 25+. Each session weaves together guided prompts, hands-on art-making, and group reflection to help you gain deeper insight into your emotions - and have a little fun along the way.

• Times: Wednesdays, 6:30–8:30 PM
• Location: Four Wings Psychology
• Address: 117 Centrepointe Dr Unit 270, Nepean (accessible to all!)
• Contribution: $375 for the full 6-week program, including materials 🎨
